Elmo Rietschle S Series screw vacuum pumps are available in sizes 100 and 300 and provide energy-efficient, reliable performance with extremely low life cycle costs. Featuring a state-of-the-art, oil-free design, these dry-running pumps are ideal for a variety of industrial applications where clean, dry, and pure vacuum is required. They are primarily suited to applications such as drying, coating, packaging, or vacuum furnaces. S Series pumps can also be combined with a vacuum booster in central vacuum systems if very high suction capabilities are needed.

Hygienic technology

These pumps require no lubricant in the pumping chamber and so provide a clean, dry output that poses no risk of contamination to your end product. This offers maximum peace of mind for sanitary industries where hygiene is a top priority.

Robust design

In the pump housing, two screw rotors synchronised with timing gears turn in opposite directions. Gas is compressed in the direction of the discharge port. This proven technology and operating principle provide consistent performance that you can trust.
